Christian Ventura’s cuisine - A real vegan revolution

I discovered this jewel of a restaurant in Old Montreal and fell in love with vegan cuisine. Thanks to my dear friend and long-time collaborator representing my mural art, Patrick, who invited me there to see his wallpaper, to decorate this vegan restaurant. Bvrger is a cozy restaurant serving decadent vegan burgers, the truffle burger is to die for! Christian Manuel Ventura Alatorre, renowned chef in the world of vegan gastronomy and owner of several 100% vegan restaurants in Montreal, left Mexico at the age of 21 to visit Montreal and take a break from his medical studies. He fell in love with the city and followed his intuition to settle for good in Montreal. His first restaurant, Sushi Momo, opened in 2014. In 2020, he opened Casa Kaizen, a Japanese Mexican fusion restaurant and Nopalito, a Mexican sandwich counter.

Chef Christian Ventura is a protagonist of environmental values and created a vegan cuisine that’s better for the planet. His restaurants serve 100% plant-based food and use compostable and recyclable packaging.
