Christmas Carols by Little Angels Fill the Manoir with Joy

Yesterday morning, the Manoir Cavagnal was warmed by the joyful presence of the Centre De La Petite Enfance Treehouse Child Care Centre and the sweet voices of its little angels. Hosted by the Director, Paula Mesa, the children arrived bearing the true spirit of the season, sharing Christmas carols that resonated with happiness and light. Under the attentive care of their dedicated educators, the performance was a moment of pure delight—one that lifted hearts and spirits alike.

The children’s eyes sparkled with curiosity, their faces glowing with enthusiasm as they sang. Their innocence and wonder filled the Manoir with a sense of freshness and joy, reminding everyone present of the simple magic found in togetherness. This thoughtful gesture from the Treehouse Child Care Centre was a beautiful gift to the residents, offering a heartfelt pause from daily routines and a gentle breath of holiday cheer.

The scene also served as a tender reminder to us, the elders, that we too were once young—dreaming, discovering, and learning our place in the world. When these children grow up, their world will surely be different from ours today. It is reassuring to know that the Treehouse Child Care Centre’s educational approach is rooted in holistic child development, nurturing social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Through play-based learning and enriching outdoor experiences, educators foster curiosity, cooperation, and empathy.

This Christmas carol gathering was a meaningful expression of that vision—an initiative that beautifully embodied the spirit of connection between generations, and a reminder that joy, when shared, knows no age.
